Your goal is to make campaigns, content and events resonate locally, while staying aligned with xFarm's global brand direction. You will report to the Head of Regional Marketing and work side by side with local sales, product and global marketing teams. /ppYour responsibilities include but are not limited to: /pulliContribute to the bcountry yearly strategic plan /b working closely with the Head of Regional Marketing to: /lilipropose and update the bgo-to-market strategy /b aligning sales, marketing and product. /lilidesign the blocal marketing plan at 360° for your countries /b — including recommendation for budget allocation /liliOnce defined, you’ll have full ownership of its delivery in particular: /lilibexecution of fairs local events in your markets /b: from positioning and target messaging with Sales, briefs for the global content team who produces the materials, logistics, on-site execution and performance reporting. /lilibadaptation of global content /b to the specific needs of your markets: website, new product launch assets /lilidelivery of the bsocial media plan on IG FB /b: from editorial plan to asset production and performance monitoring /lilianalysis of bmarketing initiatives effectiveness /b, identifying the most impactful channels in terms of ROI to ensure the highest business impact. /lilion-the-ground bmarket intelligence, /b including competitors, pricing, customer needs, regulatory changes, relevant opportunities and risks /liliwhen relevant: activation of local partnerships and co-marketing plans with retailers, distributors and associations. /li /ulpYou'll collaborate actively with internal teams on the following topics /pulliDesigning the blocal CRM campaigns /b by aligning on the editorial calendar and business priorities /liliContributing to the bcorporate Linkedin editorial calendar /b led by the Marketing Global team /li /ulh3bYou will be a perfect fit if: /b /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in marketing roles with direct ownership of local campaigns, bideally in agri-tech or agri-food industries. /b Tech technology or B2B/B2B2C environments are also a plus. /liliPerfect knowledge of Italian (C2) and excellent knowledge of English (at least C1) /liliProven experience running a marketing plan end-to-end: from objectives and budget to execution and performance reporting. /liliHands-on experience organising fairs and events, from briefing and positioning to on-site execution and post-event reporting. /liliExcellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt global messaging to different markets and audiences. /liliSolid understanding of the agricultural ecosystem — key stakeholders, market dynamics and industry needs — or a strong motivation to build it quickly. /liliAutonomy, ownership and a pragmatic, hands-on approach; comfortable coordinating with distributed global teams and always putting the customer at the centre of your work. /liliAvailability to travel across Italy and Europe. /li /ulh3bNow it would be great if you have also: /b /h3ulliPrevious experience working in a multi-country marketing role. /liliExperience in using tools like Claude/ChatGPT, Capcut, Canva/Figma, Salesforce. /liliKnowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, or Polish). /li /ulh3bWhat We Offer /b /h3ulliFlexibility: enjoy a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote per week. /liliTeam Culture: work in a collaborative, dynamic, and inclusive environment where innovation is encouraged. /li /ulh3bCompensation /b /h3pThis role operates in a hybrid work model, with a seasonal balance between field presence and office/smart working as detailed above. /ph3bOther Information /b /h3pxFarm Technologies is a company that is committed to creating a work environment where diversity and inclusiveness are critical to the well-being and growth of all employees. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
