Analyze cash flow projections, ROI, and other financial metrics. /li libDue Diligence /b: Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing property information, performing site visits, and reviewing legal documents and contracts. /li libReport Preparation /b: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investors. Summarize findings from market research, financial analysis, and due diligence activities. /li libDatabase Management /b: Maintain and update databases of property listings, market data, and investment opportunities. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data. /li libTeam Collaboration /b: Work closely with investment managers, analysts, and other team members on various projects. Provide support in project coordination and management. /li /ul h3Education, skills, and experience required /h3 ul libCareer /b: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment analysis or a related field (sectors such as: financial, top consulting firms, real estate, private equity). /li libEducation /b: Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, or Management. /li libAnalytical Skills /b: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound recommendations. /li libTechnical Proficiency /b: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial modelling software and real estate databases is a plus. /li libCommunication Skills /b: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Fluency in English, spoken and written is mandatory. /li libAttention to Detail /b: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
