Full Stack Developer

Overview

In this role you will join a Milan-based team delivering end-to-end software solutions for leading brands in fashion, luxury, and related sectors. You work with modern stacks, collaborating closely with design and cross-functional teams to shape robust architectures and clean code. You will own projects from inception to delivery, advocating for best practices and contributing to guidelines and stack improvements. Responsabilità

• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions with contemporary frontend and backend stacks
• Own projects end-to-end from inception to delivery, taking responsibility for scope and quality
• Collaborate with design, product, and client teams to ensure seamless integration
• Propose technologies, improvements, and best practices; contribute to internal guidelines
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes
• Support and mentor colleagues when needed
• Engage with customers directly to align solutions with requirements

Requisiti fondamentali

• Proven passion for writing software
• Proficiency in at least one frontend stack and one backend stack (e.g., React.js with Node.js or React.js with Java)
• Experience with frameworks such as Next.js, Express.js, SpringBoot or Quarkus
• Knowledge of CI/CD automation
• Solid grounding in relational and NoSQL databases, design patterns and OOP
• Experience in automated testing
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Team collaboration and cross-functional communication
