Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /ppWe are looking for Project PA Manager /ppThe incumbent will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter (project or sub-system), and as such she/he will: /pulliEnsure the compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, that deviations are duly documented and justified /liliEnsure that project activities are carried out in compliance to Company Quality Management System, applicable Standards and Regulations /liliEstablish and maintain appropriate interface with the Customer Quality representative, for all relevant PA matters /liliRepresent the privileged interface for the Project Management team for relevant PA matters /liliEstablish/update the Project PA Plan (if applicable) in compliance to the PA requirements, and ensure that it is correctly implemented throughout the Project /liliEnsure Non-Conformities are managed according to applicable requirements and processes internally and within suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the Customer /liliCoordinate the activities of the Project Quality team, ensuring that the PA Requirements and/or Plan is correctly flowed down at all levels, internally and towards external suppliers /liliPrepare Quality documents under PA responsibility, and verify/approve other project Quality documents /liliEnsure a proper reporting of Quality aspects towards the Customer, the PMO and the management /liliEnsure the participation to (internal and Customer) Project meetings and reviews as relevant, providing Quality contribution whenever necessary /liliEnsure that lessons learnt are formalized, capitalized promoted /liliExercise the duty of alerts and the right of vetoes according to existing processes /liliEnsure that Risk Management processes are well executed, and provide proactive contributions /liliEnsure that continuous improvement processes are in place and implemented /li /ulh34 - Main Interfaces: /h3ulliTAS Project Manager and Project team /liliCustomer PA Manager and Project team /liliQ representatives of suppliers and partners, as applicable /li /ulh35 - Required Experiences And Skills /h3ulli7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have) /lili5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA) /liliDeep knowledge of ECSS /liliCapability to effectively interface at management level /liliVery good communication and negotiation skills /liliCapability to effectively coordinate and delegate /liliProactivity, open-mindedness /liliFluency in English /li /ulh3LR08 /h3pType of contract: Permanent /ppExperience: 6 – 11 Years /ppCCNL Met/Ind – B3 Category /pp€ 41.424,25 - € 51.823,67 /ppVC Target Rate up to 8% /ppCIPI up to 1.822€ /ppPerformance Bonus (PDR): up to 4.550€ /ppAt Thales Alenia Space we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
