Night Club Operations Manager

Our client is a luxury lifestyle hospitality group based in Rome, Italy. They are currently seeking an experienced and guest‑focused Club Operations Manager for their F&B outlet in Cortina, located within their five‑star hotel. The role is responsible for overseeing exclusive guest services, managing VIP relations, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day club operations, and delivering highly personalised luxury experiences for high‑profile clientele.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in club or lounge operations
• Background in VIP environments such as private member clubs, executive lounges, or high‑end guest experience roles within luxury hotels or lifestyle hospitality brands
• Willingness to be based in Cortina during the high‑season period, with Rome headquarters as the base for the remainder of the year
• Experience coordinating VIP events, including DJs, entertainment programming, and bespoke activations
• Proven ability to build relationships with high‑profile guests, VIP clientele, and key stakeholders
• Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising guest‑facing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and operational coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive guest information with discretion and professionalism
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support guest retention, loyalty, and revenue‑driven initiatives
• Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish language skills are an advantage

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the VIP Club and ensure exceptional personalised guest experiences
  
  
• Manage the club entertainment section, including DJs, music, and Cinema schedules and other special events 
  
  
• Lead, train, and develop the Club operations team to maintain high service quality and professionalism
  
  
• Coordinate bespoke guest requests, private experiences, and special arrangements for high-profile clientele
  
  
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests to enhance loyalty, satisfaction, and repeat business
  
  
• Collaborate closely with Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Culinary, and other operational departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  
  
• Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities
  
  
• Support the development and execution of entertainment programs, guest engagement initiatives, and exclusive events
  
  
• Ensure all VIP Club operations comply with company standards, policies, and service procedures
  
  
• Handle guest concerns and sensitive situations promptly and professionally
  
  
• Support revenue opportunities through upselling, member retention, and personalised guest experiences
