Air Logistics Operational Care Team Leader

In this role you lead the import operations within the Freight Forwarding team, driving service levels, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsabilità

• Oversee daily import operations to meet service targets
• Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, and KPIs
• Serve as escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure accurate shipment execution
• Build and maintain relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and providers
• Drive efficiency and cost optimization via process improvements, automation, consolidation, route planning
• Ensure compliance with policies, trade regulations, customs, quality, health, safety, security, and environmental guidelines
• Partner with senior management to develop strategies and address risks and deviations

Requisiti fondamentali

• 1–3 years of experience in air logistics
• Strong leadership and communication with adaptability and performance-driven mindset
• Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, air logistics operations and import regulations
• Fluency in English and Italian
