Responsabilità

• Work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in energy and infrastructure
• Cover a 360-degree remit: project financing, M&A, project development, contracts, and due diligence
• Assist in legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
• Collaborate with a highly specialized, cross-functional team on market-significant matters

Requisiti fondamentali

• Italian law degree with 105/110 minimum and current license to practice in Italy
• Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Project, Energy & Infrastructure at a comparable firm
• High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
• Vocation for the legal profession, strong negotiation and communication skills
