ING Bank N.V., Milan branch is looking for a Product Area Lead Digital Sales to build and lead their digital sales engine in Milan. This role requires strategic oversight of digital marketing efforts to enhance customer acquisition and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in digital sales with a strong focus on measurable results, team leadership, and a proven background in digital analytics and e-commerce.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid working model and various employee benefits, including performance-based bonuses and flexible work arrangements.
