Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze customer engagement, clienteling activities, and purchasing behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. /li liMonitor clienteling performance through dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking. /li liSupport the development of customer segmentation and targeting analyses to drive personalized engagement strategies. /li liEvaluate the effectiveness of clienteling initiatives and provide recommendations based on data insights. /li liEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer data used for clienteling analysis. /li liManage and monitor customer assignment and portfolio management processes. /li liSupport the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards related to clienteling and customer engagement performance. /li liContribute to the identification of opportunities to improve clienteling processes, customer journeys, and engagement effectiveness. /li liSupport CRM and clienteling data integration activities to ensure data availability and reporting accuracy. /li liPrepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for management and key stakeholders. /li liConduct ad hoc analyses on client base evolution, VIC performance, acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives. /li liTranslate complex customer data into actionable business recommendations. /li liCollaborate with other departments as Retail, Merchandising and Regional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li3-4 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Customer Analytics, Clienteling Analytics or related analytical roles. /li liPrevious experience within Fashion, Luxury, Retail companies is preferred. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. /li liExperience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar. /li liFamiliarity with CRM platforms and customer databases. /li liKnowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis is considered a strong plus. /li liExperience with Databricks or other cloud-based analytics environments is highly preferred. /li liBasic knowledge of data warehousing, data lakes, and modern data ecosystems is a plus. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong attention to detail and accuracy. /li liBusiness-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data and commercial performance. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liProactive attitude and problem-solving approach. /li liTeam player with strong interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): Tessile Industria /li liCategory: Employee /li liIndicative starting compensation: €40,000 /li liAnnual bonus opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreement /li liBenefits: in addition to those provided under the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement and by law, employees are eligible for further benefits and initiatives in accordance with Company policies, including smart working arrangements, meal vouchers, and private health insurance. /li /ul pThe Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
