Sales Controlling Business Partner

Overview

In this role you support the Sales Controlling Team for Mass Market in Italy, owning the setup, development and execution of sales and distribution strategies with the Sales team. You will collaborate with Key Accounts and Sales Leaders to define processes and drive performance. Expect involvement in planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis, contributing to decision making on promotions and targets. The role offers cross‐functional teamwork, European/Global alignment, and a chance to shape finance-driven go‐to‐market decisions.

Responsabilità

• Annual business planning and quarterly forecasting
• Support and participate in negotiations with Key Customers
• Month and year‐end closing activities and reporting
• KPI reporting and analysis (net sales, profitability)
• Price monitoring by customer
• Profitability analysis of promotional initiatives
• Support ad hoc promotional initiatives with decision making
• Coordinate with European/Global Controlling for corporate procedures

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master Degree in Finance/Controlling
• 3–5 years in Finance/Controlling
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions
• Flexibility
• Strong communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Italian mother tongue; English fluency
• Experience in FMCG
• Knowledge of Power BI (a plus)
