This position oversees beverage programming, menu development, training, inventory controls, vendor relationships, and beverage profitability across all restaurants, bars, lounges, pool venues, beach operations, banquets, catering, and special events. /p pReporting directly to the Director of Food Beverage, the Resort Beverage Manager serves as the resort's beverage expert and is responsible for beverage‑related performance indicators. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of progressive beverage management experience. /li liLuxury hotel, resort, restaurant group, or multi‑outlet beverage leadership experience preferred. /li liExperience overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets. /li liCertified Sommelier, WSET, BarSmarts, Court of Master Sommeliers, or
