pAre you passionate about building robust quality systems, driving compliance, and enabling organizations to operate at world‑class standards? /ppABB E‑mobility is looking for a QMS Manager to own and evolve our global Quality Management System - ensuring consistent performance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the entire organization. /ppIf you thrive in structured environments, love connecting the dots between processes, standards, and execution, and enjoy empowering teams with clarity and governance, this role is for you. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliGovern and continuously improve the QMS, ensuring alignment with ABB global procedures and ISO‑based standards /liliMaintain QMS documentation, including process landscape, policies, procedures, templates, and document control /liliPromote risk‑based thinking and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standardsLead the internal audit program and coordinate external audits, ensuring readiness and timely closure of findings /liliOversee nonconformance and CAPA processes, ensuring containment, solid root‑cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions /liliDrive Management Reviews, consolidate performance insights, and monitor QMS KPIs /liliImprove QMS systems, workflows, and data quality to support effective reporting /liliDeliver QMS training and awareness programs, coaching teams and process owners /liliAct as the central interface for QMS topics across sites and functions, collaborating with Quality, Operations, Engineering/RD, Supply Chain, HSE, and Project teams /li /ulh3Your Background /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or comparable technical field /lili5+ years of experience in QMS roles within industrial, manufacturing, or technology‑driven environments /liliStrong practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; familiarity with ISO 14001/45001 is a plus /liliExperience leading internal/external audits and managing NC/CAPA processes /liliAuditor certification preferred /liliExcellent English communication skills /liliAvailability to travel 10–20% /li /ulh3What’s in it for you? /h3pWork with the best specialists in their field, in a diverse environment with unparalleled global reach.
