This role is responsible for coordinating daily bonded warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations and company procedures, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting customer satisfaction, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate daily bonded warehouse operations in compliance with applicable customs regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures. /li liCoordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, handling, and shipment processes. /li liEnsure that inbound and outbound warehouse transactions are accurately processed and fully aligned with the relevant documentation. /li liSupervise the warehouse team, allocate daily tasks, monitor employee performance, and ensure operational continuity. /li liEnsure that all team members comply with Health Safety requirements and support the maintenance of a safe working environment. /li liMonitor stock accuracy, coordinate physical inventory counts, and ensure consistency between physical stock, system records, and relevant customs records. /li liFollow up on shortages, excesses, damaged goods, stock discrepancies, and goods requiring disposal, ensuring that relevant processes are completed. /li liMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness. /li liSupport supplier coordination and review operational services and invoices in line with agreed terms. /li liContribute to the development of new business opportunities and customer acquisition when required. /li liFollow updates in customs regulations and ensure that all necessary operational requirements are implemented accordingly. /li liPrepare regular reports on warehouse operations, stock, performance, and operational issues and present them to relevant management. /li liIdentify operational risks and issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and service quality. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. /li liMinimum b5 years of experience /b in bonded warehouse, logistics, customs, or related operations, preferably with supervisory experience. /li liGood knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, inventory management, and customs processes. /li liExperience in coordinating teams and daily operational activities. /li liStrong awareness of Health Safety requirements in warehouse operations. /li liStrong communication and coordination skills with customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams. /li liStrong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. /li liSolution- and results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of operational processes. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse/ERP/WMS systems. /li liGood command of both English and Italian; Turkish is a plus. /li liMust be based in Italy. /li liValid driver’s license. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
