Il ruolo prevede la supervisione tecnica delle commesse, il supporto alla produzione e il coordinamento del team meccanico della sede di Milano, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, delle tempistiche e delle specifiche cliente.
Principali Responsabilità
- Coordinare e gestire le attività di progettazione meccanica delle pompe API e dei relativi skid/systems, assicurando la conformità alle normative internazionali (API, ASME, PED).
- Supervisionare e supportare il team tecnico (5–7 persone), assicurando efficacia operativa, crescita professionale e standard di eccellenza.
- Effettuare verifiche meccaniche e strutturali critiche.
- Supportare il direttore tecnico nelle attività di sviluppo prodotto e miglioramento continuo.
- Partecipare attivamente alla risoluzione di problemi tecnici complessi su macchine in costruzione, collaudo o field performance.
- Interfacciarsi con i clienti e con gli organismi di ispezione
- Collaborare con gli altri siti produttivi garantendo uniformità di processo, standard tecnici condivisi e trasferimento del know‑how.
Requisiti del Ruolo
- Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica (o equivalente).
- Esperienza nel settore pompe industriali, preferibilmente Oil & Gas – API compliant equipment.
- Conoscenza delle normative API 610, API 675, API 682, ASME VIII, PED.
- Competenza nella progettazione per commessa, con interfaccia diretta con clienti e fornitori.
- Esperienza nella leadership tecnica di team di progettisti (5–7 persone).
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese tecnica (scritta e parlata).
- Padronanza dei principali software CAD 3D/2D (preferibilmente PTC Creo)
