ph3Procurement Manager /h3 pb/ Milan-based / /b /p pThe Procurement Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the Italian Procurement function, supporting both the Construction division and the Property Facility Management activities. /p pThis is a senior decision-making role with responsibility for defining procurement strategies, sourcing and supplier selection, tendering, commercial and contractual negotiations, and cost control. /p pThe Procurement Manager will also act as Head of the function, with responsibility for managing, guiding and developing a Buyer, who will cover the more operational and execution-focused activities within the department. /p pIn this role, the Procurement Manager will work closely with all key business functions, primarily Project Management and Property Management. /p h3Requisiti: /h3 ul liInglese fluente.br/ /li /ul h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDefine and implement the procurement strategy for the Group's Italian operations;br/ /li liEstablish procurement processes, procedures and methodologies across Construction, Property Management and Facility Management;br/ /li liManage the sourcing, assessment and selection of suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and service providers;br/ /li liLead tenders and commercial negotiations for construction works, materials, technical services and property-related services;br/ /li liDefine tender strategies, evaluation criteria and award recommendations;br/ /li liNegotiate commercial, contractual and service terms;br/ /li liWork with Project Managers to define project service packages;br/ /li liSupport the preparation of tenders for projects awarded to General Contractors;br/ /li liBuild, manage and develop a qualified network of suppliers and business partners;br/ /li liMonitor pricing, market conditions, supplier performance and contractual risks;br/ /li liContribute to budget planning and cost-control initiatives;br/ /li liEnsure procurement decisions are aligned with Group standards, project timelines and financial objectives;br/ /li liCoordinate and support the Buyer, as a direct report, in day-to-day procurement activities.br/ /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liSolid professional experience in Procurement / Purchasing within Construction, Real Estate or the wider Built Environment;br/ /li liHands-on experience managing tenders and negotiations for construction works, materials and services;br/ /li liGood understanding of construction processes and the main cost categories associated with real estate development projects;br/ /li liExperience in the selection, qualification and management of General Contractors, subcontractors and service providers;br/ /li liAbility to analyse technical and commercial bids and prepare award recommendations;br/ /li liExperience in contract negotiation and contract management;br/ /li liGood understanding of budgeting and cost-control principles;br/ /li liGood command of MS Office;br/ /li /ul h3The Offer: /h3 ul liA key role in establishing and developing the new Italian Procurement function, with direct responsibility and a high degree of decision-making autonomy within a rapidly expanding international Group;br/ /li liCompetitive compensation package, aligned with experience, plus bonus.
