Sales Assistant Area Metropolitana Milano

Type of Contract: Tempo det. Part Time 30h

To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role

• Maximize sales for the store
• Develop enduring relationships with clients
• Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request
• Approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy
• Manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices
• Understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance
• Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history
• Handle returns of merchandise
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard
• Support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store
• Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria
• Operate cash registers and close daily revenues
• Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates
• Go the “extra mile” to meet targets

The Candidate

• Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated
• Retail or service industry experience
• Great customer service and people skills
• Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues
• Good standard of numeracy and problem solving
