The DevSecOps team works closely with the Release and CI/CD Manager in Geneva and collaborates with international teams located in Switzerland, India, USA, and Italy. As a DevSecOps Engineer, your main goal will be to support and enhance release management, CI/CD, automation, cloud, and security best practices to improve delivery quality, efficiency, scalability, deployment speed, and security across MSC’s IT project portfolio.

You will contribute to automation initiatives, infrastructure management, deployment optimization, vulnerability management, and security integration within a dynamic international environment.

• Analyse the teams' security posture, provide recommendations and guidance, and track progress
• Evaluate, implement, manage, and promote tools that provide automated support, such as SCA and SAST
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, supporting the users
• Support and manage applications and cloud environments
• Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams
• Assist teams in addressing identified security issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, ICT Security, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in DevSecOps or application security rolesKnowledge of CI/CD tools and software development pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred)
• Familiarity with code analysis and vulnerability management tools (SonarQube preferred)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Professional command of English (B2 level or higher)
