As Production Manager at CRI-MAN, you will unify manufacturing and inbound logistics to deliver high‑quality products on time and at optimal cost. You will lead cross‑functional teams across Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Logistics, and Shop Floor, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll shape and execute the manufacturing strategy in collaboration with management, aligning operations with Atlas Copco integration and company goals. This role offers ownership of lean initiatives and a meaningful impact on the CRI‑MAN brand produced in Correggio.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Lead and manage cross‑functional teams including Manufacturing Engineers, Planners, Logistics, Foremen, and Operators
- Oversee daily production operations to meet safety, output, quality, and cost objectives
- Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
- Ensure efficient material flow from inbound logistics to production lines
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Suppliers to guarantee timely raw material delivery
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity
- Participate in Product Quality Meetings, Cost Cut Meetings, New Product Developments, and related project meetings
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering for smooth operations
- Monitor and report key performance indicators for production and logistics
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
- Align with Marketing on market needs and represent CRI‑MAN in divisional platforms
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional manufacturing teams
- Strong background in production planning, logistics, and lean manufacturing
- Experience in high‑volume manufacturing is a plus
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and production systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of Italian and English
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
