Travel Operations & Client Management
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità della gestione operativa e della cura dei rapporti con gli agenti di viaggio e la clientela internazionale.
Principali attività:
- Gestione e organizzazione di pratiche e servizi di viaggio, dalla conferma alla fase operativa
- Gestione dei rapporti quotidiani con agenti di viaggio e clienti, prevalentemente internazionali
- Coordinamento con fornitori e partner per garantire il corretto svolgimento dei servizi
- Gestione della documentazione di viaggio e delle attività amministrative correlate
- Emissione e gestione della fatturazione
- Monitoraggio delle richieste dei clienti e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche con un approccio orientato al servizio e alla qualità
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma in Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing o affini e/o laurea in Scienze Turistiche
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di clientela di alto livello, nel settore travel, hospitality, luxury o servizi
- Esperienza nel rapporto con travel advisor, tour operator o agenzie di viaggio internazionali
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (almeno livello C1)
- Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Outlook
- Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
- Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di comunicazione
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi.
Luogo di lavoro: Firenze
Orario di lavoro: full time lunedì/venerdì – 9.00/18.00
Range di RAL: 28/32K
