Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry. /p h3General Description Of The Role /h3 pAs Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist at Campari Group, you will contribute to the evolution of the company’s Intelligent Automation capabilities, supporting global business transformation through process optimization, automation delivery and data-driven improvement. The resource will be part of the TS (Technology Services) department and will report to the Global Intelligent Automation Manager. The mission of this role is to leverage Intelligent Automation technologies — including LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI — to improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of business operations across global functions and markets. The Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist will support the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and contribute to shaping a scalable, reliable and value-oriented Intelligent Automation program. The role requires a combination of project/program management capabilities, solid technical understanding, stakeholder engagement and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong hands‑on experience with automation, low‑code platforms, integrations or process mining is considered a significant plus. /p h3Key Responsibilities And Activities /h3 ul liIntelligent Automation Delivery: support the implementation of Intelligent Automation initiatives across global business processes, ensuring solutions are delivered with the right balance of technical quality, business value, scalability and reliability. /li liUse Case Identification and Assessment: identify, assess and prioritize automation, process mining and AI opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders, supporting the definition of the most suitable technology approach across LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI capabilities. /li liProject and Program Management: support the planning, coordination and execution of Intelligent Automation projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables are properly managed and aligned with the overall program roadmap. /li liProcess Mining and Data-Driven Improvement: support process mining initiatives by analysing process data, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for business and IT stakeholders. /li liSolution Design and Integration: collaborate with IT teams, architects and vendors to ensure automation deliverables are properly designed, integrated with existing systems and aligned with Campari’s technology landscape, governance principles and operational standards. /li liStakeholder Engagement: engage with business and IT stakeholders at global and local level to understand needs, collect requirements, manage expectations and promote the adoption of Intelligent Automation solutions. /li liContinuous Improvement and Scalability: contribute to shape and improve the Intelligent Automation program by promoting reusable assets, common standards, best practices and scalable delivery models across initiatives. /li liPlatform Monitoring and SaaS Management: oversee the usage and performance of automation and process mining platforms, liaising with vendor support and internal IT teams to manage updates, new features, enhancements and operational continuity. /li liSecurity and Compliance Management: ensure that automation and process mining solutions handle data in accordance with Campari’s security, compliance and governance requirements, maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information processed by the platforms. /li liVendor and Partner Management: manage day‑to‑day interactions with technology vendors and external partners, ensuring that Campari leverages platform capabilities effectively and that vendor contributions are aligned with project and program objectives. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Experience /h3 h3Experience and background /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in Intelligent Automation, business process improvement, digital transformation or a similar role, preferably in a global or complex organizational environment /li liExperience with automation delivery automation flows, where relevant, RPA scenarios through Microsoft Power Automate Desktop or equivalent technologies. /li liCertifications (Nice to have): Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft Power Platform certifications, ITIL Certification /li /ul h3Technical knowledge /h3 ul liGood knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, with solid experience in Power Apps projects and exposure to the other tools in the platform, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into low‑code automation or application solutions. /li liGood understanding of IT systems, integration concepts, data flows and business process management principles. /li liExperience or strong interest in process mining, preferably with Celonis and/or Microsoft Process Mining, including the ability to analyze process data, identify inefficiencies and translate insights into improvement opportunities. /li liUnderstanding of AI-enabled automation opportunities and interest in the evolution of Microsoft AI and agent-based solutions, including how they can support process optimization, productivity and business transformation. /li liStrong technical experience is considered a significant plus, particularly in designing, building or supporting automation solutions, Power Platform applications, integrations, data flows, APIs, RPA
