Lead User Acquisition Manager (remote)

We are looking for a  Lead User Acquisition Manager to lead user acquisition for our mobile games and drive the growth and scaling of the company's performance marketing efforts.

This role combines strategic leadership, deep expertise in mobile user acquisition, and team management. You will play a key role in shaping product growth, marketing strategy, and the company's core business performance metrics.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Strategy & User Acquisition Growth

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies for mobile games.

• Define and manage marketing budgets with a focus on achieving ROI, ROAS, and LTV targets.

• Identify, test, and scale high-performing user acquisition channels.

• Participate in planning new product launches and global marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management

• Launch, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across leading ad networks, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, and others.

• Monitor and improve key marketing KPIs, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, Retention, ARPU, and LTV.

• Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and campaign hypotheses.

• Ensure traffic quality and implement fraud prevention and detection mechanisms.

Analytics & Forecasting

• Analyze marketing performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Build traffic acquisition and marketing ROI forecasts.

• Work with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular, or similar tools.

• Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers and Performance Marketing Specialists.

• Set goals, prioritize initiatives, and oversee execution.

• Foster team expertise and implement performance marketing best practices.

• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.

Creative Strategy

• Define the strategy for producing high-performing advertising creatives.

• Collaborate closely with Creative Marketing, BI, and Product teams.

• Analyze creative performance and generate new hypotheses for scaling campaigns.

• Optimize creative testing workflows and iteration processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product teams to improve user acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels.

• Analyze the impact of product changes on marketing performance.

• Contribute to product roadmap planning and growth initiatives.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 4–5+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing, including 1–2+ years in a leadership role.

• Hands-on experience working with mobile gaming products is a strong advantage.

• Deep expertise in mobile user acquisition and scaling performance marketing campaigns.

• Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Mintegral, and other advertising platforms.

• Strong understanding of key marketing and product metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, ROI, Retention, ARPU, ARPPU, and LTV.

• Experience with mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Singular.

• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.

• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing marketing teams.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions based on business and performance metrics.

• English proficiency at  Intermediate (B1+)level or higher.
