System Consultant

ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bSystem Consultant /b to join its office in bGenova/ Roma /b within the Division. /ph3Mission /h3pThe System Consultant acts as a technical and managerial advisor supporting clients in the evaluation, supervision, and management of complex system development programs. The consultant ensures that proposed solutions meet contractual and technical requirements, oversees the VV process, manages Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Non-Conformances (NCs), and contributes to project planning and coordination. The role combines deep technical understanding with system-level oversight and stakeholder management. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3h3Client Support Technical Supervision /h3ulliSupport the client in assessing design solutions and ensuring compliance with mission and contractual requirements. /liliReview and validate engineering documentation, analyses, and verification plans from contractors or suppliers. /li /ulh3Project Planning Coordination /h3ulliContribute to the definition and tracking of system development schedules and milestones. /liliCoordinate between client, subcontractors, and technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. /li /ulh3Verification, Validation Quality Oversight /h3ulliSupervise the VV process to ensure traceability and completeness of testing activities. /liliManage ECPs, Non-Conformances, and deviations to ensure appropriate corrective actions. /liliSupport test readiness reviews, design reviews, and acceptance reviews. /li /ulh3Risk Performance Management /h3ulliIdentify programmatic and technical risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor follow-up actions. /liliProvide independent assessments of system performance and compliance status. /li /ulh3Reporting Documentation /h3ulliPrepare technical reports, risk assessments, and decision summaries for client review. /liliEnsure proper documentation of all system engineering and quality assurance activities. /li /ulh3Education /h3pBachelor’s Degree in Electronic/TLC Engineering /ph3Qualifications /h3ulli3-5 years of professional experience in fields related to complex systems projects and development, preferably in oversight or consultancy roles. /liliUnderstanding of contract management, ECP/NC handling, and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). /liliFamiliarity with industrial standards, project lifecycle, and configuration control processes. /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills. /liliAbility to interface effectively with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. /liliStrategic thinking and decision-making under time and cost constraints. /liliExcellent organizational and leadership capabilities. /li /ulh3Competencies /h3ulliWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /liliPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /liliINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /liliDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /liliFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li /ulh3Compensation Data /h3h3Compensation Benefits /h3pThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480). /ppThe gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€ 34,000.00 /band b€ 44,000.00 /band will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. /ppIn addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. /ppThe overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare. /ppRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
