Credem, tra i gruppi bancari più solidi d'Italia, cerca un AI Agent Tech Lead per guidare la frontiera più avanzata dello sviluppo software: non chi scrive codice riga per riga, ma chi progetta, orchestra e governa agenti AI che sviluppano al posto suo, con velocità e qualità che il metodo classico non può più raggiungere.
Ti occuperai di:
- Progettare e orchestrare agenti AI per automatizzare cicli di sviluppo software complessi.
- Realizzare agenti e verificarne l'esecuzione garantendo qualità e coerenza degli output.
- Supervisionare architetture e output degli agenti garantendo aderenza agli obiettivi di business.
- Guidare l'adozione di strumenti come Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Opencode come leva strutturale, non sperimentale.
- Fare da impollinatore verso il team di sviluppo, alzando il livello collettivo sull'AI-assisted development.
Sei la persona giusta se:
- Hai maturato dai 3 ai 6 anni di esperienza come Software Engineer o Tech Lead.
- Domini lo stack Java/React e l'orchestrazione di coding agents.
- Sei un pioniere nell'uso di agenti AI, Prompt Engineering e metodologie Agile.
- Possiedi leadership tecnica e attitudine a guidare il cambiamento nel team.
