Junior Pricing Actuary

ph3JOB PURPOSE/ROLE /h3 pThe candidate would be required to join Portfolio Performance Advanced Analytics team to manage all motor and non-motor tariffs and analyse the main profitability KPIs of Company portfolio. /p pThe candidate will be required to perform the following activities: /p ul liTariff definition and review based on statistical models and profitability analysis results /li liEvaluation and update of Rate Requirement /li liTechnical documents drafting and review /li liData collection and processing to support standard portfolio analysis and monitoring ones or ad hoc simulation. /li liPortfolio monitoring based on main profitability KPIs /li liProfitability analysis based on statistical modelling /li /ul h3KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Actuarial Sciences /li liPython/ Sql/ Sas/ R /li liOffice (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) /li liStrong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills /li liCurious about new approaches and committed to continually increase technical knowledge /li liTeam spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures. /li liFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken) /li /ul pPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 35.000 gross and € 40.000 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
