As Technology Delivery Manager – Lifescience, drive end-to-end technology initiatives within Life Sciences R&D, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and balance scope, timelines, and budgets to deliver compliant, high-impact solutions. - Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, scoping, execution, risk mitigation, post-project review)
- Manage resources, timelines, and budgets for high-quality outcomes
- Facilitate stakeholder, end-user, and vendor collaboration to gather requirements and align solutions with business needs
- Drive adoption of new technologies, automation, and process optimization
- Monitor project financials including costs, revenues, and profitability
- Ensure alignment between technical architecture, processes, and Life Sciences regulatory standards
- Proven experience managing systems in R&D environments (e.g., Veeva Vault, Oracle Argus, SAS, Medidata Rave)
- Strong knowledge of Life Sciences processes (pharmacovigilance, clinical data management, software validation)
- Fluent English with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and negotiate with diverse, international stakeholders
