ph3The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven bEnrollment Adviso /br to join our bEF Academy /b team in Milan and take end-to-end ownership of the student journey, from initial recruitment and consultation through enrollment and all post-enrollment activities leading up to the student's arrival on campus. /p pThe role combines student recruitment, consultative sales and customer care. /h3 ul liTake ownership of student recruitment for the Italian market and contribute to achieving enrollment targets /li liManage relationships with prospective students and parents, from initial inquiry through enrollment and all the way to the student's arrival at school /li liAdvise families on EF Academy programs, destinations, academic pathways, and the international boarding school experience /li liUnderstand each family's needs and provide a highly personalized and consultative experience /li liProactively manage your recruitment pipeline, follow up with prospective families and drive applications toward enrollment /li liTake responsibility for the post-enrollment journey, acting as a key point of contact for students and families and ensuring a smooth transition from enrollment to arrival on campus /li liCoordinate closely with international admissions teams and school campuses to ensure each student is fully prepared for their arrival /li liOrganize and participate in school fairs, information sessions, events and individual consultations /li liBuild relationships with schools, counselors, partners, and other relevant stakeholders /li liIdentify opportunities to strengthen EF Academy's presence and student recruitment in the market /li liDeliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire journey, building trust with families from the first conversation through to the student's successful arrival at school /li /ul h3What are we looking for?
