With overb 9,500+ qualified therapists /b and more than b10 million therapy sessions /bdelivered, bwe’re proud to have made a meaningful difference in countless lives. /b /ppJoin us as our new bAccountant /b in the bFinance Team /b: an opportunity to bdrive financial excellence /b and ensure seamless accounting operations that support our global growth. /ppWe’re seeking someone baccurate and detail-oriented /b, ready to btake ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process /b, collaborate across teams, and build strong relationships with suppliers and business owners in a structured corporate environment. /ph3The Essentials /h3pbSeniority: /b Mid/Junior Level /ppbLanguages: /b Italian and English /ppbLocation: /b Milan, with willingness to travel periodically to Naples and other company locations. /ppbSalary Range: /b EUR 26,000 - 33,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3pEnsure accurate and timely accounting operations, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities while maintaining strong control over Accounts Payable, procurement processes, and internal financial procedures. /ph3Accounting Month-End Closing /h3ullibManage supplier accounting: /b record and review supplier invoices from Italy, EU and non-EU countries, ensuring the correct application of reverse charge, split payment and VAT pro-rata rules. /lilibHandle professional fees: /b manage accounting for self-employed professionals subject to withholding tax, including all related statutory requirements. /lilibReconcile accounts: /b monitor supplier open items and perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness. /lilibSupport month-end and year-end closing: /b manage accruals, prepayments and provisions for invoices not yet received, ensuring timely and accurate closing activities. /lilibReconcile OPEX accruals: /b align accruals for invoices to be received with monthly OPEX cost forecasts, ensuring consistency between accounting records and management reporting. /lilibEnsure accurate cost allocation: /b support management accounting activities and ensure costs are correctly allocated to the relevant cost centers. /lilibSupport financial reporting: /b contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements and consolidation activities. /li /ulh3Accounts Payable Procurement /h3ullibManage supplier master data: /b review and approve supplier information in PivotApp, the platform used for purchase requisitions and purchase orders. /lilibEnsure purchasing accuracy: /b reconcile invoices with purchase requisitions and POs, ensuring consistency across the purchasing process. /lilibValidate supporting documentation: /b collect and review the documentation required for foreign supplier invoices. /lilibMonitor payment efficiency: /b analyse the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of payment methods and related payment tools. /lilibEnsure policy compliance: /b monitor compliance with Rydoo, as well as employee expense, travel and procurement policies. /lilibImprove internal processes: /b contribute to the continuous improvement of internal controls, administrative procedures and procurement processes. /li /ulh3Must-have skills /h3ullibAccounting expertise: /b Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field, with 3+ years of accounting experience. /lilibAccounts Payable experience: /b hands-on experience managing the Accounts Payable cycle, including supplier invoices, purchase orders, invoices to be received and account reconciliations. /lilibVAT tax knowledge: /b strong knowledge of Italian VAT regulations, particularly reverse charge, VAT pro-rata and cross-border transactions, as well as experience managing withholding tax requirements. /lilibCost accounting: /b proven experience with cost center accounting, cost allocation and management reporting. /lilibERP digital tools: /b hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (or similar) and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /lilibAccuracy attention to detail: /b strong ability to work accurately with financial data, reconciliations and statutory requirements in a structured corporate environment. /lilibCommunication collaboration: /b clear and assertive communication skills, with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. /li /ulh3Power-Ups /h3ullibAI automation: /b familiarity with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into daily workflows to automate repetitive tasks and support analysis and decision-making. /lilibFinancial consolidation: /b knowledge of consolidated financial statements and consolidation processes. /lilibMulti-entity accounting: /b experience with the accounting of foreign entities (Spain and France preferred). /lilibERP projects: /b experience with ERP implementations or integrations with other company tools. /li /ulpbNot everyone checks every box, and that’s okay.
