Amazon is looking for a Senior Software Technical Program Manager to join our exciting project team working to build and launch new best‑in‑class consumer products. In this role you will be leading programs and projects to launch on‑the‑go devices, driving software development, influencing stakeholders, and managing risk to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Drive device software development and release through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, trade off business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk‑taking behavior to maximize business benefit.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical‑path management.
• Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is $171,000.00 – $231,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
