Act as a key link between HQ and local teams, providing analysis, coordination and follow-up on WW priorities. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3WW Business Performance /h3ulliPrepare weekly/monthly business reviews, reporting and performance recaps. /liliMonitor sales, stock and product performance, identifying key opportunities, risks and actions. /liliSupport business planning, strategic presentations and the development of reporting tools. /li /ulh3Product Collection Management /h3ulliSupport product selection and management across collections, launches, VM, Marketing, E-commerce, Pop-Ups and Trunk Shows. /liliMonitor product performance and consolidate market feedback to identify opportunities for collection development. /liliSupport seasonal buying, collection debriefs and product documentation. /li /ulh3Stock Allocation /h3ulliSupport weekly replenishment and allocation decisions. /liliMonitor stock availability and identify imbalances across markets. /liliFollow up on stock transfers, new orders and specific business needs. /li /ulh3Local Markets E-commerce /h3ulliAct as a day-to-day HQ contact for local markets on Bags merchandising topics. /liliAct as a point of reference for WW E-commerce teams, providing product information, collecting feedback and identifying commercial opportunities through weekly meetings. /liliConsolidate market feedback on product performance, client demand and commercial opportunities. /li /ulh3Cross-functional Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate with Supply Chain, VM and other HQ functions. /liliPrepare meetings, presentations and business reviews, ensuring alignment and follow-up on agreed actions. /li /ulh3KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /h3pWork experience at least 2 years /ppSolid knowledge of Luxury and Product /ppVery Strong Knowledge of Office Suite /ppAbility to work in team /ppAbility to work by objectives; result-oriented /ppVery good communication and interpersonal skills /ppVery good knowledge of the English language (CEFR C1) /pp#LI-VG2 /ppJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
