You'll contribute to innovative projects involving smart warehouses, automation, intelligent logistics technologies, and next-generation fulfillment solutions that move millions of products worldwide every day. /ppAbout the Team /ppYou'll join the JD Logistics Operations team, where collaboration, ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do. /ppAs a bWarehouse Manager /b, you will lead all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, operational excellence, and productivity. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppStrategic Planning Warehouse Development /pulliDevelop warehouse strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. /liliDesign warehouse operational standards, annual operating plans, and management systems. /liliPlan warehouse layouts and equipment configurations. /liliDrive warehouse standardization, digital transformation, and smart warehouse initiatives to continuously improve operational efficiency. /li /ulpEnd-to-End Warehouse Operations /pulliOversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, cycle counting, picking, packing, and order fulfillment. /liliMonitor key operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy, stock turnover, productivity, and service performance. /liliOptimize workflows, warehouse processes, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency while reducing errors and inventory losses. /li /ulpCost Management Continuous Improvement /pulliAnalyze warehouse cost structures, including labor, equipment, and facility utilization. /liliDevelop and implement cost optimization initiatives without compromising operational quality. /liliPromote process improvements, Lean methodologies, and warehouse automation solutions. /liliMonitor labor productivity and warehouse space utilization to continuously improve operational performance. /li /ulpLeadership, People Management Risk Control /pulliRecruit, coach, develop, and manage warehouse teams. /liliFoster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. /liliBuild effective organizational structures to support business growth. /liliEnsure full compliance with Health Safety regulations and company policies. /liliManage operational risks, business continuity, emergency situations, and incident response to maintain a safe working environment. /li /ulpCross-Functional Collaboration Customer Excellence /pulliPartner closely with Transportation, Commercial, Customer Service, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to optimize end-to-end operations. /liliCoordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. /liliGather customer feedback and translate insights into continuous warehouse service improvements. /liliSupport business growth by enhancing operational competitiveness and service quality. /li /ulpQualifications /pulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /liliMinimum b5 years of warehouse management experience /b, including at least b2 years in a supervisory or leadership role in hazardous goods /b /liliProven experience managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). /liliStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. /liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in bItalian and English /b, both written and spoken.
