Crm manager

In this role you drive client engagement and elevate clienteling across the boutique to build a loyal, high-value client portfolio aligned with the Versace brand. You partner with leadership to implement CRM initiatives, analyze client data, and deliver personalized experiences while fostering a cross-functional, high-energy team. Your work shapes the boutique’s client-centric performance and brand standards, through activations, events and partner networks. Benefits Drive client acquisition, retention and sales via strategic CRM initiatives in partnership with store leadership Analyze client data to identify opportunities and implement targeted engagement actions Foster a strong clienteling and appointment culture and support high-value interactions Execute CRM activations and in-store events in line with brand standards Build and maintain relationships with local luxury partners and lifestyle networks Promote CRM mindset across the boutique and translate business goals into client actions Coach and support the team to elevate clienteling, selling skills and luxury service Lead onboarding and continuous training on CRM tools and engagement strategies Monitor CRM activities and provide feedback and insights to stakeholders Support CRM-related activities and ensure seamless coordination of client needs (VIC) Responsibilities 3 - 5 years of experience in fashion retail A strong understanding of the Versace culture and its appeal to the local market Networking capability and a strong orientation in network development High level of interpersonal skills, empathetic, with the ability to engage and persuade Strong written and verbal communication skills, high listening competencies Strong organizational profile English Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality for a high-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
