We shape it. /p pIn this role you will support the Senior Management on administrative tasks related to Architecture, IAM and related domains. /p pbWhat you will do : /b /p ul liCollaboration with different teams across the organization like AZ Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Service Owners /li liUnderstand the organization's ecosystem and its interdependencie /li liCollect, organize, and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information /li liAssist in the preparation of meeting agendas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities /li liPrepare and distribute meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up action items, ensuring clarity and accountability /li liProvide administrative support for projects, including tracking progress and coordinating inputs from team members /li liDevelop and deliver effective training materials and workshops to educate end-users on functionalities and best practices /li /ul pbWhat you bring : /b /p ul liEnthusiastic team player who wants to shape actively technology and feels comfortable in a dynamic environment /li liStrong communication skills and the ability to present complex technology issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group /li liAbility to independently prioritize and to work independently, flexible, efficiently and target oriented /li liPassioned for modern technology – e.g., AI, big data, analytics, cloud, serverless, event-driven /li liProject management and reporting experience and the ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment /li /ul pbYou have : /b /p ul liExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills and be able to build trusting working relationships with diverse people /li liExposure to various aspects of architecture practices; business, application, data, security, infrastructure, microservices, and governance /li liBroad exposure to the full application lifecycle, ensuring effective use of industry best practice and/or methodologies /li liNice to have experience with RSA Archer ServiceNow /li liFluent in English with international exposure /li liDisclaimer: Tasks may be added, removed, or modified at any time during the course of employment to reflect evolving business needs, organisational priorities, or operational requirements.
