ph3Senior Associate Financial Due Diligence /h3 pTransaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum, from transaction origination to closing. /p pKroll's Transaction Advisory Services practice provides financial due diligence and deal execution. As a Senior Associate you will be part of a team that supports private equity funds and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality financial analysis to make informed investment decisions. /p pThe role offers a steep learning curve, direct exposure to senior members of the team and clients in a dynamic and international environment. /p h3Day To Day Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparing in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities /li liExamining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods /li liContributing to assessing normalized EBITDA, net debt adjustments and working capital trends /li liContributing to report-writing and client deliverables /li liSupporting, assisting and training junior members of the team /li /ul h3Essential Traits /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or Financial Audit /li liDegree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines /li liStrong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills /li liProven interpersonal and client relationship skills /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills /li liFluency in English (written and spoken) /li liExperience working with diverse and multicultural teams /li liFlexibility to travel, as required /li /ul pKroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
