Technical Sales Manager – Renewable Energy - Central & Southern Italy

With a dynamic international team and ambitious growth plans across Europe, they’re now looking for a Technical Sales Manager to spearhead expansion across Central and Southern Italy.
Your Mission:
As a key player in the commercial team, you’ll take ownership of developing the regional market, combining your technical expertise with commercial drive to build lasting partnerships and grow revenue.
You will:
- Build and manage your own pipeline of customers and partners through proactive outreach
- Present and demonstrate innovative solar and storage solutions to installers, distributors, and partners
- Deliver technical training and product presentations
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, including PV system sizing and solution design
- Act as a trusted advisor, solving technical challenges and strengthening customer relationships
- Collaborate with Sales Management and provide regular performance updates
What You Bring:
- A background in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (or similar)
- Previous experience in a technical sales position
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage clients independently
- Confidence in delivering technical presentations and training
- Willingness to travel across the Central and Southern regions for customer visits
Extra advantage if you have:
- Existing network in the solar or electrical sector
- International experience and a passion for renewable energy innovation
