Senior CAMS Business Analyst

DXC is seeking a highly seasoned Senior Business Analyst with deep vertical expertise in the Hogan CAMS II platform. In this strategic role, the candidate will serve as the Functional Lead, steering a dedicated project team through the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final client acceptance testing.
The ideal candidate is a CAMS II functional subject matter expert who combines banking process mastery with the technical authority needed to guide complex new client onboarding projects. Willingness to travel is required.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary functional authority for the project team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
- Lead high‑level workshops with banking stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
- Bridge the gap between the client's business requirements and the technical development team, translating banking needs into robust functional specifications.
- Oversee the testing strategy, define success criteria, and lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase alongside the client.
- Act as a senior mentor to the team, safeguarding the integrity of the Hogan CAMS II implementation and sharing best practices.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience working with Hogan CAMS II (Issuing).
- Expert understanding of card management systems and core banking accounting flows.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full project lifecycle in a lead functional capacity.
- Extensive knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components and PCD's.
- Ability to work in a team environment with teams in multiple geographic locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Communication: stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical architects.
