Accor is seeking a Heartist® to join the People & Culture Operations team, reporting to the Senior P&C Operations Business Partner Mediterranean. You will partner with General Managers and hotel teams to shape people strategy and coordinate activities across managed and franchised hotels.
You will promote services like recruitment, talent development and learning, leveraging Accor standards and tools to deliver practical, high-impact solutions for hotels and their teams in the Mediterranean
