Sharing an obsessive dedication to vintage design aesthetics and engineering complexity, the brand infuses mechanical watchmaking with a fearless, avant-garde soul. /p h3Role Description /h3 pThis full-time SALES MANAGER – EUROPE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS role at Singer Reimagined is based in Milan or Geneva, depending on candidate location, in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site presence with some off-site flexibility. /p pThe Sales Manager will oversee and grow wholesale and retail networks across European and selected international markets, including identifying new partners, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong long-term relationships. /p pDaily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance against targets, coordinating with marketing to support brand visibility, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all points of sale. /p pThe role involves regular contact with retailers and partners, organization of sales meetings, sales force training, participation in trade shows and events, and preparation of accurate sales forecasts and reports. /p pThe Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the CEO and the internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and customer service to support smooth order management, after-sales service, and exceptional client experiences. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience in international sales and account management, ideally within luxury goods, watches, or related premium consumer products. /li liStrong skills in developing and executing sales strategies, including territory planning, pipeline management, and performance analysis. /li liProven ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients across diverse markets. /li liExcellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the capacity to represent the brand professionally in meetings and events. /li liSolid understanding of retail dynamics, wholesale structures, and international commercial practices, including pricing and margin management. /li liComfort with data-driven decision-making, using CRM tools, sales reports, and market insights to optimize results. /li liFluency in English and French; proficiency in other European languages is highly beneficial. /li liAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and travel regularly within Europe and to other international markets as required. /li liBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. /li liCommitment to inclusive, respectful collaboration and sensitivity to cultural differences in international environments. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunities Privacy Statements (IT / CH / EU) /h3 pSinger Reimagined is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
