Per un progetto a Novate Milanese, AGM Solutions seleziona uno Sviluppatore Backend AI e Python con modalità ibrida. L'azienda, certificata Great Place To Work, opera su ICT governance, ICT security e compliance GDPR con soluzioni innovative.
Si richiede una laurea in informatica, ingegneria informatica, artificial intelligence o discipline affini, almeno 3 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo back-end con Python e FastAPI, conoscenza di LlamaIndex e Gemini, esperienza con PostgreSQL (pgvector + FTS) e Redis, e capacità di progettare architetture RAG agentiche multi-turno. È richiesto un ottimo inglese e un italiano minimo B2. Il profilo ideale ha attitudine al lavoro di squadra, buone capacità di problem solving, organizzazione, flessibilità e motivazione.
