In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference!Your ImpactNew products start upDefine and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costsDefine factory and assembly line layoutDefine internal logistic flowsDefine production Standard TimeCoordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progressAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.What you should bring:Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical DiplomaExperience in new product startupExperience in assembly processKnowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, etc)Experience in production standard time definitionKnowledge of Office packages in particular ExcelKnowledge of Autocad / CADTeam player with strong leadershipStrong practical senseItalian and English fluencyAvailability for national and international business tripsCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 45,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
