Trainee - Financial Planning & Analysis

Your Role

Are you a budding talent eager to dive into the dynamic world of pet nutrition? As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to grow as FP&A (Financial Planner & Analyst).

What you will do

• Support financial closing activities and monthly reporting.
• Support budget preparation (monthly, annual, forecasts, and presentations).
• Support variance analysis between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
• Participate in ad hoc special projects with the Sales & Marketing team.
• Take an active role in key internal business processes and company meetings.

What we are looking for

• Undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate, in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• English is one of our primary working languages.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency in Excel.
• Positive mindset, passion, and a strong team-oriented attitude.
• Proactive approach to work.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Project management skills, including organization and planning abilities.
• Customer- and consumer-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and effectively interact with stakeholders.
