La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Deloitte.### What impact will you make?**What impact will you make?****YOUR OPPORTUNITY**In Deloitte Legal you will have the opportunity to explore the future of legal services in an international and multidisciplinary environment, where new ideas find fertile ground and growth opportunities are endless. **You will work in the Energy Project Financing and M&A team in our Milan office.****Your Role and Responsibilities**You will carry out, also in English and with a high degree of autonomy, consultancy activities on a wide range of financial operations and project contracts in the Energy sector, and in particular in the preparation and negotiation of financing contracts according to the project financing scheme and related ancillary financial documentation, as well as project contracts, with a view to "bankability".You will also be involved in further activities, depending on your experience and predisposition, such as the preparation and negotiation of contracts and corporate acts in the context of extraordinary operations such as, for example, sales of corporate shares, transfer of business units, as well as coordination and supervision of due diligence on financial documents and project contracts, such as EPC, O&M, PPAs, Tolling Agreements, procurement contracts and service contracts in general for the construction of electricity generation plants.**Our Requirements**You meet the profile we are looking for **if you are a Lawyer with at least seven years of post-qualification experience in Project Finance**, speak excellent English and have a lot of grit. Attitude to work in a multidisciplinary environment and teamwork, strong relational and communication skills, initiative and flexibility complete the profile.
