Laboratory Electrical Engineer

ppWe are looking for a bLaboratory Engineer /b to support laboratory testing and quality activities at our Arco Felice site. /p pThe role is dedicated to an engineering graduate who will be involved in electrical and process testing, quality validation activities and laboratory development, working in compliance with international standards and customer technical requirements. /p pThe role is also ideal for a young graduate who wants to grow in a structured industrial environment and develop technical skills in laboratory testing, quality systems and electrical measurements. /p pThe position is suitable for a recent graduate willing to start a technical career in an industrial laboratory environment, supporting testing activities, quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the execution of laboratory tests according to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and customer requirements. /li liAssist with quality process test validation, including: ul liDimensional checks /li liElectrical Tests /li liDestructive tests (hot set - TGA - Mechanical etc…) /li liSupport of production and other laboratory tests /li /ul /li liHelp in the preparation and update of Manufacturing Quality Control Plans during tender and execution phases. /li liEnsure technical correctness, traceability and reliability of test results, including data analysis and reporting. /li liSupport the management of calibrated laboratory instruments, including tracking and documentation. /li liCollaborate in the coordination of external suppliers for electrical testing activities. /li liSupport customer audits activities, including documentation preparation and follow-up of actions. /li liParticipate in quality technical training activities. /li liContribute to the development and improvement of laboratory technologies and testing methods. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. /li liSolid fundamentals in electrical engineering, measurements, testing methods and instrumentation. /li liBasic knowledge of quality systems, testing standards and laboratory practices. /li liEngineering mindset with strong analytical, problem‑solving and data evaluation skills. /li liHigh level of accuracy, responsibility and technical rigor. /li liAbility to work in cross‑functional and international environments. /li liGood knowledge of English, written and spoken. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liType of contract: Permanent Full time /li liLocation: Milan /li liApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Gomma, Plastica, Cavi elettrici e affini. /li liJob Level/Category in line with the applicable collective agreement. /li liGross annual salary no less than: € 30.000 /li liThe position is eligible for an individual or collective variable incentive based on the achievement of predetermined performance objectives. /li liBenefit: ul liHealth insurance /li liMeal vouchers / canteen /li liTransport/Parking facilitation /li /ul /li /ul h3Our Selection Process /h3 ul liApplication /li liHR interview /liliHiring Manager interviews /li liOnline assessment (30min) if applicable. /li /ul pPrysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
