Senior System Test Engineer

Senior System Test Engineer needed to lead testing across Topcon’s Construction and Machine Control products. You will mentor QA and System Test engineers, drive quality and compliance in software and hardware, and ensure safe, reliable operation of complete machine control systems. The role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams, implementing testing policies, and performing bench and field validation in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strategic impact on product quality and development speed.

• salary 50K–55K gross yearly

• Mentor and develop a team of QA and System Test Engineers
• Build cross-functional relationships to deliver multiple projects
• Drive quality and compliance across software development and product testing
• Oversee QA of complete machine control systems including hardware and software
• Provide expertise on software quality and testing trends to accelerate releases
• Assist in designing/testing policies and verify precision/accuracy of products
• Support software development, diagnose issues, perform bench/field testing and reporting
• Provide input on hardware changes and offer technical advice to staff worldwide
• Analyze processes to improve quality and productivity
• Ensure Topcon systems are installed, tested, and ready for use
• Coordinate machine usage and perform other duties as required
