Payroll Supervisor: Lead Compliance & Team Excellence

Marriott International is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee all payroll activities for our associates, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and agreements. You will collaborate with Human Resources, Finance, and external providers to optimize payroll operations and support strategic workforce planning.
The role requires 4+ years in payroll with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, strong analytical skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
