The company partners with global industry players, research institutions, and technology developers to transform inventive ideas into high‑value strategic assets. /ppWith a multidisciplinary team of bengineers, IP specialists, and licensing professionals /b, the organization supports its partners in assessing technologies, analyzing patent landscapes, and building strategies that enhance the commercial value of innovation. /ppWe are seeking an experienced bPatent Engineer /b, contributing to new business initiatives and licensing programs. /ppThe ideal candidate will combine bstrong technical expertise in electronics, telecommunications or audio/video coding /b with solid experience in bpatent analysis and prosecution /b, preferably complemented by qualification as a European or Italian Patent Attorney. /ppWorking at the intersection of technology, intellectual property, and business, you will collaborate closely with technical experts, licensing professionals, and legal teams to drive value from patent assets and support strategic decision-making. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliConduct in-depth analysis of patent portfolios, including due diligence activities, with a focus on standardized technologies (e.g., 3GPP standards such as 4G/5G, IEEE 802.11, video coding standards). /liliPrepare and critically assess Evidence of Use (EoU) and claim charts to support licensing and enforcement activities. /liliPerform patent and technology landscape studies using major patent databases and analytical tools. /liliSupport patent licensing and business development initiatives, including negotiations, litigation support, and patent acquisitions. /liliContribute to the design and development of conformance and infringement testing methodologies. /liliProvide support in patent prosecution activities for internally developed or licensed portfolios, in coordination with external counsel. /li /ulpbRequired Qualifications: /b /pulliMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. /liliProven bexperience in patent analysis, licensing, or related IP activities /b. /liliStrong technical background in telecommunications, electronics, or related domains. /liliFluency in English (written and spoken). /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. /li /ulpbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliQualification as a European or Italian Patent Attorney (or in the process of qualification). /liliPhD in a relevant field, particularly in telecommunications or communication standards. /liliDeep knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols, especially 3GPP (4G/5G), IEEE 802.11, and/or video coding standards. /liliExperience in patent licensing, enforcement, or litigation support in an international environment. /li /ulpbSoft Skills: /b /pulliInfluencing skills in multi-stakeholder environments. /liliAbility to operate effectively in a multinational and multicultural environment. /liliStrong networking capabilities, particularly in the context of standardization meetings and industry forums. /liliAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in both in-person and remote environments. /li /ulpbCompensation Work Model: /b /pulliSalary Range: 50.000 - 60.000 /liliFlexible hybrid work on a monthly basis /liliRelocation support for candidates moving to Turin /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
