Strategic Reward & People Cost Expert

Carlsberg Italia is seeking an experienced Compensation, Benefits & People Cost Senior Expert to design and drive our reward strategy, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance while aligning with business goals.
You will lead salary reviews, bonus schemes, benefits management, and workforce analytics, collaborating with P&C, Finance and business leaders to translate data into strategic decisions. Hybrid work up to 2 days/week in Milan.
