pbTitle: /bConstruction Site Supervisor /ppbLocation: /bMultiple locations dependent on project needs /ppbr/ppMy client is searching for a Construction Site Supervisor to join their Project Management Construction Department. /ppbr/ppThe Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a construction site, from mobilization to demobilization. The candidate will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, within budget, on schedule, and in full compliance with quality and HSE standards. During the execution and installation phases, the Construction Site Supervisor will oversee areas, subcontractors, and activities. /ppbr/ppDuring the commissioning phase, the Construction Site Supervisor will maintain responsibility over site areas, while the Commissioning Manager assumes operational responsibility for commissioning activities. The candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team composed of supervisors, HSE and quality representatives, logistic site manager and will work in close coordination with the Project Manager and the Commissioning Manager. /ppbr/ppbRoles and Responsibilities: /b /pulliResponsible for site setup and mobilization, through to demobilization at project close-out. /liliEnsure implementation of all HSE procedures in accordance with the project HSE Plan. /liliApply and supervise quality standards based on the Project Quality Plan. /liliOrganize and coordinate daily activities, allocating responsibilities and resources. /liliMaintain and regularly update the project schedule in coordination with the planner. /liliSupervise works and contractors during execution and installation phases. /liliEnsure proper management of handovers between contractors and project phases, including: /liliFrom civil works to mechanical installation, e.g. handover of concrete foundations to the mechanical contractor for equipment anchoring. /liliFrom mechanical completion to commissioning, e.g. handover of installed systems to the commissioning team for functional testing and energization. /liliFrom electrical installation to commissioning, e.g. HV substation handover for energization and protection system testing. /liliFinal handover to operations or service teams, ensuring all documentation and punch list items are closed. /liliApprove and manage site Non-Conformities (NCs) and follow up on resolution plans. /liliManage the closure of the punch list, in collaboration with Quality and Commissioning teams. /liliIn the commissioning phase, maintain responsibility over the work areas and interface with the Commissioning Manager. /liliEnsure safe and efficient progress of site activities while managing interfaces among disciplines. /liliEnsure documentation compliance: permits, registers, checklists, and reports. /liliAct as the hierarchical lead for site supervisors, Quality Site Manager, and HSE Site Manager /liliNote: the HSE Site Manager is functionally aligned with the corporate HSE Manager /liliReport regularly to the Project Manager on progress, challenges, and key risks. /li /ulpbr/ppbTechnical Requirements /b /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. /liliMinimum 5 years of relevant experience as Site Supervisor or Construction Lead. /liliStrong familiarity with HSE, QA/QC, construction permitting and commissioning practices. /liliExperience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. /liliKnowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliWillingness to travel and work abroad on international projects and to move for medium - term periods /li /ulpbr/ppbSoft Skills /b /pulliNatural leadership and team management abilities. /liliOrganized, with excellent planning and time management skills. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliAbility to anticipate problems and propose effective solutions. /liliResilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. /liliAnalytical thinking and decision-making under pressure. /li /ulpbr/ppbOther Information /b /ppbLocation: /b US and other locations according to project needs /ppbAvailability to travel: /b Required 90% of the time /ppbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliPermanent, full-time contract. /liliA challenging role in a rapidly growing international company. /liliOpportunities for career progression in multicultural and cross-functional teams. /liliContinuous learning and exposure to high-tech, sustainable energy infrastructure projects. /liliA young, dynamic team representing different nationalities. /liliA company culture that values initiative, innovation and personal growth. /li /ulpbr/p
