And, creating the smoothest check-out experience, you’ll make sure they leave us happy too. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProcess guest check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keys /li liCo-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report any guest concerns /li liAnswer, respond to and process all guest calls, messages, questions or concerns /li liGive guests information and directions regarding property and local areas of interest /li liProcess check-outs and resolving any disputed charges /liliProcess payments and room charges, as well as cashing guests’ personal and traveler’s cheques /li liConfirm reservations and cancellations, running daily reports on the number of arrivals and departures /li liFollow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines at all time /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy, a valid work permit for full time role (40 hours/week) /li liFluent in English and Italian /li liGreat storytelling skills /li liPrevious Front Office experience in luxury Hotels /li liKnowledge of Opera /li liA warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude /li liPositive outlook and outgoing personality /li liFlexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability /li liThe ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time across a work shift /li /ul h3Explore our very big world /h3 pAs a world-class leader in the travel industry, there’s no better place than Marriott International to make your mark.
