Experteer OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will repair and maintain Stryker medical devices at customer sites, ensuring quality standards are met. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customers and drive service quality. You will document activities, perform calibrations, and contribute to recalls and field actions. This role offers hands‑on technical work, training responsibilities, and travel across the Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria regions, with a focus on delivering reliable, compliant field service.Retribuzione / BenefitsRepair and inspect Stryker electronic/mechanical products at customer sitesPerform annual inspection and calibration per MDR at the customer siteDocument technical reports and access technical information using software toolsAssist Quality with recalls, field safety alerts, and field action noticesFulfill service contracts with scheduled maintenanceProvide technical training to internal and external personnelInstall Stryker systems at customer sites and perform software/hardware updatesProvide technical support to internal and external customersEnsure accurate service documentation and billing, and support sales goalsEnsure product traceability in the field and follow up on customer issuesSchedule customer visits in collaboration with sales team or customer serviceResponsabilitàBachelor's degree in electronic/mechanical/biomedical engineeringFluent Italian & English (spoken and written, technical and medical)Adequate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)Minimum 1-3 years in medical device repair or hospital/healthcare industryIT experience at administrative and technical levelAbility to build relationships with internal and external customersService orientation, persistence, positive mindsetStress tolerance and self‑disciplineTravel 80%;
