The role is responsible for building, operating and continuously raising the quality of the division's market intelligence function, evolving it from descriptive reporting towards deeper analytical depth, sharper foresight and more predictive intelligence. This intelligence is put at the service of the business, supporting decisions that span commercial, strategic, innovation and operational functions. /ppbr / /ppThe Specialist identifies, synthesizes and communicates the most relevant news, competitor moves, emerging trends and consumer insights, enabling pragmatic commercial and strategic decisions on new customers and markets, product portfolio and internal capabilities. The role directly supports Business Development, Innovation and Operations initiatives, as well as the Division's Long Range Plan targets across geographies. /ppbr / /ppA strong ability to transform complex data into clear and compelling messages using Power BI and other visualization tools is essential, ensuring insights are communicated in a simple, relevant and engaging way for different stakeholders /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities: /strong /pulliCollect, analyze and interpret market data and consumer trends across the Scented Living Solutions market. This includes the use of syndicated data sources (e.G. Nielsen, Global Data, Circana) to continuously improve the analytical frameworks used to generate sharper and more forward-looking insights. /liliDesign and implement scalable intelligence processes and tracking tools that ensure key market and business indicators are monitored continuously and efficiently, with an emphasis on anticipating market shifts and signaling emerging risks and opportunities before they become noticeable. /liliTranslate data into clear market and consumer insights, identifying key drivers and providing actionable “so what” implications to support commercial, strategic and operational decisions across the business. /liliRespond to ad-hoc strategic requests from C-level and other key stakeholders, structuring analyses quickly and translating findings into clear and decision-ready recommendations. /liliCollaborate with Sales, RD and Innovation teams to ensure market insights are aligned with business objectives and effectively guide product, innovation and go-to-market strategies. /liliDefine and structure dashboards and reporting solutions (e.G. Power BI), translating business needs into clear requirements and guiding their development with IT or data teams. /liliManage relationships with external data providers and vendors, including active involvement in scoping and evaluating new sources, overseeing data quality and ensuring the intelligence toolkit remains fit for purpose. /liliMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the Scented Living Solutions market and act as a key internal reference across commercial, innovation and operations teams, clarifying analyses, data sources and intelligence methodologies. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pullistrongFluency in English is a prerequisite /strong /lilistrongCurious, energetic and collaborative, with a fast-learner mindset and a natural drive to go beyond the obvious. /strong /liliUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics or a related field. /liliMaster's in Marketing, Consumer Insights or related field is a plus. /lili4+ years in Market Intelligence, Consumer/Shopper Insights, Category Management, Strategic Insights or Analytics within a B2B Fast Moving Consumer Goods multinational or a consultancy/syndicated data provider covering the same industry. /liliOutstanding analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to move beyond data description towards interpretation, pattern recognition and predictive reasoning. /liliHands-on experience with syndicated data sources (e.G. Nielsen, IRI, Circana or similar), including experience in building dashboards and analytical use cases, extracting insights and translating findings into clear business implications. /liliProven ability to research and gather market intelligence across a variety of channels and formats, translating findings into implications that support decision-making across commercial, strategic and operational functions. /liliPractical experience with AI-enabled tools and a pragmatic approach to AI. /liliGreat interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to write and present convincingly and to engage stakeholders at all levels. /liliHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. /li /ulpbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongThe role is classified under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical Industry (CCNL Industria Chimica). /strong /ppstrongBase Salary Range € 35.000 - € 43.000 /strong /ppstrongThe final compensation package will be defined in accordance with the selected candidate’s professional experience, competencies, and qualifications. /strong /ppbr / /ppbr / /ppstrongJoin US!
